| Yapı Kredi Bankası, founded in 1944, is one of
Turkey's 5 largest banks and was the first private bank in Turkey. Since its
foundation, Yapı Kredi Bankası has been a leader in combining finance and
technology to enhance customer experience. Yapı Kredi was one of the first
banks to open a call center - TeleTel, and shortly thereafter began to offer
internet banking to its customers- TeleWeb. Over the past few years, WAP, SMS
and digital TV banking were added as part of Yapı Kredi's alternative
distribution channel strategy. |

| As a result of Yapı Kredi's broad channel offering,
major problems with integration arose. All of these channels were built
utilizing different technologies and platforms, which operated independent of
one another. In addition, Yapı Kredi's internet banking channel was in need of
a technical upgrade. |

| Solution |

| Yapı Kredi needed a proven online financial
architecture, and they needed a solution fast as their existing internet
banking infrastructure was becoming obsolete and was not meeting the huge
demands of Yapı's customer base. Yapı Kredi Technology group investigated a few
solutions and decided to work with VeriPark and use VeriBranch as their new
online banking platform.

| VeriBranch was first deployed to renew technology for
Yapı Kredi's online banking platform Teleweb - the new internet banking site of
YKB. Leveraging VeriBranch technology Yapı Kredit was able to meet the demands
of its retail and corporate banking clients, offering advanced features such as
scheduled transactions and multiple approval transactions. In addition, Teleweb
easily communicates with other Yapı Kredi owned or foreign web sites as a
result of the VeriBranch deployment. |

| Teleweb was the first step in Yapı Kredi's renewal of
its alternative distribution channel architecture. With Teleweb complete, Yapı
Kredi will work with VeriBranch to integrate Mobile banking, Digital TV banking
and Call center channels. |
