The multiple predefined authority levels and authorization/approval mechanism decrease the possibility of unauthorized access. In addition, user name and password information are protected by the SmartCard security properties.

Organizational Structure Based Classification
LearningPark's infrastructure allows users to view content, take exams and make evaluations according to their title or place within the organization.

With LearningPark, it is also possible to customize branch, department and district specific training programs, exams and evaluation reports.

Cost Advantages for Institutional Training
Institutions can reduce, or even eliminate, travel expenses for training, diminish classroom costs and reduce the time employees spend away from the office and their normal duties. As a result of LearningPark's easily manageable operational processes, firms can decrease their operational costs a great deal. Finally, the use of the system requires absolutely no technical information or skill, making it incredibly easy to adopt.

Education Support for Different Formats
LearningPark offers a strong training infrastructure for education realized at different times and different places. LearningPark features an education content pool in various formats (ppt, pdf, word), online seminars, categorized content, e-mail communication with instructors, sharing of questions and information at a forum environment and viewing capability for lesson content from video servers, enabling asynchronous education.

Management of Education Content

With LearningPark, educational content is stored under multiple categories and can be easily accessed within a categorical structure. The date and duration of each student login as well the content accessed are continuously logged and detailed reports of these activities can easily be prepared.

The duration and frequency by which content can be viewed is also a parameter that can be restricted the request of an instructor. For example, it is possible to limit a piece of content so that it can only be viewed once by each user.

With LearningPark, each employee's questions and the answers to these questions are stored in a database and can be accessed for future display or viewing. Use of this data, creates a guide for employees viewing the content for the first time and helps instructors avoid answering the same question more than once. By determining the most frequently asked questions, content managers can enlarge the content to give more detailed information about the topics that often receive questions. Questions can be prepared offline in either True/False or multiple choice format.

e-Mail Communication with Instructors
Employees can communicate and pose questions to instructors via e-mail. Individuals who prefer to ask their questions in person rather than publicly can take advantage of displayed information to better inform their questions to instructors.

Forums
LearningPark's multiple forums enable participants to discuss and exchange ideas on different topics, adding an interactive character to the training program.

Question Database
LearningPark includes a strong question database infrastructure. Leveraging this system, questions that are recorded in the system are kept in the database, allowing the difficulty level of each question to be evaluated for future testing.

This database can also be employed for evaluating offline users. By entering offline user answers into the system, you can evaluate the overall success level of a test or training.

Test Management
Tests that include multiple subjects are formed randomly from a set of questions that has not been previously solved by the test taker. With LearningPark, the difficulty level of each random question can be determined by the success rate of the participant or by the instructor.

Test takers can take tests accessing questions that are determined by success level or may determine the difficulty of the test them self.

In addition to individual tests, it is possible to prepare group tests. During group tests the success level of each participant can be evaluated in comparison to the performance of other members in the group.

Solving Test Questions
Test questions may be answered online or offline depending upon the preference of each participant. Participants who choose to use the system can view test results and their success level upon completion of the test.

Solutions
Participants can determine which questions they answered correctly or incorrectly and view the correct answers and solutions. Using this feature, test takers stand to learn from their mistakes by viewing the correct answers and solutions.

Participant Success Rate Follow up
The system tracks the questions answered by each user as well as tests and success rates. Using this feature, the success graphic of a participant can be viewed easily.

Detailed Measurement and Evaluation
Participants may take tests composed of mixed questions or specific subject tests or multiple subject tests and evaluate their knowledge level.

Detailed Reporting
LearningPark provides detailed reports regarding content view and analysis and participant success level. It is also possible to create reports based on participant success level, district or branch/unit/department criteria.

In addition, LearningPark can also provide reports on the level of system questions and the correct answer rate.
